Abstract

ABSTRACT

This article deals with the dominion of water in a watershed or region. It is for this the concept of water potential wealth of a region related to the water produced, wich leads to the incremental flow. The effective water wealth is related to the allocation policy adopted in the region. It seems natural to allow more of this resource in producing regions, and allow the consume, the produce and the of this good, in the way that suits the region. Thus the water produced a being regional wealth, combined with other factors, it will result in a much more significant effect for the basin as a whole, as better as this distribution is made over the space. Through this article it is intended to discuss and propose ways to address the issue of equity against the consumption of water (distributive justice).
