Abstract

Objectives of the study

The proposal of "Urban resilience" has become theforefront of the concept of urban safety development inrecent years. Flood control and typhoon prevention in riverbasins require coordinated basin planning and water citygovernance, and close integration of key defense targetswith urban infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to meetthe needs of water disaster prevention in the YongjiangRiver basin and urban waterlogging control in Ningbo city, combine the theory of "Urban resilience", take the "forecast, early warning, rehearsal, and plan" four pre system of floodcontrol and disaster reduction as the guide, use thepowerful rendering ability of the digital twin engine, andtake hydrological and hydrodynamic models, spatialcomputing technology, and other important basic supportto realize the construction of the platform for flood controland disaster reduction.
