Abstract

Conclusions

Basedon domestic and international research, theconclusions and recommendations are as follows:1.Analyzing the spatiotemporal distribution pattern ofregional precipitation can be combined with weatherforecasting to establish an effective meteorologicaldisaster warning mechanism.2.Optimize the water transmission and distributionsettings in irrigation areas, enhance the reservoirregulation capacity, and improve the water deliveryefficiency of irrigation channels.3.Increase the promotion and application of watersavingirrigation technology to improve farmland irrigationefficiency and reduce the impact of drought onagricultural production.4.Optimize the allocation of water resources in irrigationareas, and determine land and production based on water.5.Improve the agricultural ecological environment andenhance the resilience of farmland ecosystems todisasters.
