Draft Recommendations

  • Ensure minimum ecological flows
  • Assess and control point sources
  • Provide national guidelines and thresholds (in line with WFD guidelines): Regulatory standards,  Individual river basin district implementations
  • Apply the Digital Twin (data and models) to assess maximum allowable inputs (MAIs)
