Abstract
The study talks before the eyes of traditional societies, precisely the Tupi-Guarani, using water. And it shows by the physical / chemical and microbiological tests, the qualitative status of water resources of the Indigenous Land Orange, located in northern Paraná State, Brazil, involving both the state waters in surface and underground. It is based on well-integrated feature Ecological aspects of ethnic Anthropological Guarani. There is the influence exerted by a river flows into another, either by diluting or adding variables in water volume. The quality / physical chemistry of rivers allow the development of aerobic organisms, quantified by microbiological, and only the presence of wild biota, absenting the possibility of contamination by direct focus. These presences make water unavailable to such consumption, but present themselves in a position fully to bathing facilities. Referring to groundwater, which provides the water supply of the Village, presented in a perfect state of drinking, no risk to the human body.
