ABSTRACT
The paper presents model evaluation methodology with the scores and weights of the actions implemented to verify the degree of implementation of the actions of the Monitoring Programme on Water Quality for Human Consumption - Vigiagua. The methodology fits with the kind of evaluation or deployment process to obtain the degree of implementation and indicators suggest the program efficacy and effectiveness.Program evaluation is characterized by support managers and professionals in the routine of trying to verify the relationship between the established norms and the effects of intervention on the expected results.The type of applied study of normative evaluation examined the influence of processes and structures implemented in the program Vigiagua with the results, the second approach of Donabedian (1984).
