The technology innovation appears such important tool to work management action in environment and social politics to fight against possible water impacts. This search uses biodigester like alternative technology to control the pollution came from swinish culture exploration around rivers, lakes belonging to João Pessoa City - Paraíba. The research arrives in investigation to prove the reduction of environment impacts even since biodigester installation in swinish production based in familiar circle. The principal plan shows how it was defined considering the water system, pigpen position/localization, testimonial from people that lives around there and about it. The technical working is in courses of Brazilian laws nowadays. The biodigester application works well like social technology and show how to decay impacts in water recourses around and it better makes well being to the community revealing the neediness to rise up new cultural and political matters in local management.
