ABSTRACT
The research has sought to understand the hydrological dynamics in the basin of the Upper and Middle course of the Uberabinha the importance that this area has the responsibility for public water supply watershed of the city of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. The main objective is to understand the dynamic surface and subsurface water and its relation to land use and soil. To understand the hydrological dynamics, the basin was considered as an integrated conditional relations of several components such as: climate dynamics, the geological structure, the structure pedological, geomorphological aspects and human activities. In this research, its geographical character, was chosen by the methods proposed by Ab'Sáber (1969) and Libault (1970) adapted to the proposed objectives. Are being researched and quantified the processes that affect the dynamics of water in the area. From the results obtained, will be developed and proposed alternatives to the use of water resources in the basin of the Upper and Middle Uberabinha in order to promote the optimization of aquifer recharge and regional areas.
Keywords: hydrological dynamics, aquifer recharge, permeability of soils.
