Abstract

The need for studies not only groundwater but also surface water resources are needed to develop management plans. According to Brazilian Law No. 9984/2000, "do not manage what you do not know." The paper presents results on the influence of the media agents that influence the variation of groundwater level by monitoring the static level of the saturated zone in the sub-basin, located in the municipality of Rosário do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul state, southern Brazil. The outrocps were considered the recharge area of Guarani Aquifer System - GAS. Results were recorded in (04) dataloggers automated installed in the monitoring wells in intergranular aquifer, unconfined. The data were processed the data applying the method of the water table fluctuation (WTF), and using geo-statistical analysis. This study provides estimates of recharge performad as well as support future decision-making.

Key-words: Monitoring; WTF; unconfined; GAS.
