Abstract

This session will explore the urgent need for integrated, flexible, and resilient approaches to water governance at all levels: local, national, regional, and global. Such approaches must consider the socio-economic, environmental, and climatic dimensions of water management, and they must be adaptable in the face of uncertainty.
