Abstract

Nature-based solutions (NBS) improve water management and offer benefits such as enhanced food production and reduced water-related disaster risks. Key water management strategies include rainwater harvesting, drip irrigation, groundwater recharge, and desalination, all aimed at improving efficiency. Smart irrigation systems leverage technologies like IoT and artificial intelligence for remote monitoring and optimized water distribution, significantly reducing water waste
