Water ecological products are an important part of ecological products. Good landscape resources are the biggest advantage of Anji's development. The densely covered water system connecting rivers and lakes and high-quality water resources are the shining point of Anji's ecological wealth. Further excavating the product value provided by the water ecosystem, establishing the mode and path of value realization, and expanding the water channel of the transformation of the two mountains are the important propositions of building the demonstration area of common prosperity, promoting the leap-forward development of Anji, and promoting the rural revitalization. Through the analysis of water ecological products form at home and abroad, water ecological products accounting as the core, based on the connotation of water ecological products, in the existing ecosystem under the framework of product catalog list, from the supply of products, regulating services, cultural services three aspects, combined with the characteristics of Anji county water ecosystem, preparation system complete, scientific and reasonable water ecological product catalog list, lay the foundation for water ecological product value accounting. The value accounting methods such as market value method, alternative market method and travel expense method are used, and the reference price of each type of ecological products is determined by the current annual price. When the comparison involves over many years, the benchmark annual constant price can be used to determine the price of ecological products. Taking Anji as an example for verification, put forward the corresponding water ecological value realization path, deepen the study of water ecological product connotation and definition, expand the connotation of water ecological products category, the existing supply, adjust services, cultural water ecological products comprehensive understanding, investigation and monitoring, accurate inventory water ecological product stock. We will coordinate the reform of water resources property rights system, carry out the work of right confirmation in an orderly manner, strengthen the research on water resources related ownership, and promote the separation of ownership and management rights of water resources assets by zoning.
