Abstract

Abstract

The volume of water spent in the distillation process is 50 times the volume produced. To reduce this waste by approximately 99%, developed a mechanism for the recirculation pump, low cost, using only one tank of 310 L, with float, with a pump power of 34 W and PVC pipe with a diameter of 20mm, to pipeline. The treated water consumed in cooling is practically equal to the volume of distilled water produced, because the volume that enters the system is controlled and after cooling returns to the reservoir, restarting the process.
