ABSTRACT
Since the start of power generation in Paranoá Hydro Power Plant, Companhia Energética de Brasilia - CEB has been controlling the levels of Paranoá Lake, seeking to meet the restrictions imposed by other uses, mainly inland, aligning them with the needs of generation, what is increasingly difficult due to the increase in the number of users and reducing the supply of water due to the occupation of producing basin. To ensure the multiple use of water resources and considering their powers established by law 4.285/2008, the best rule ADASA defined operating the vessel to the proposals of the Watershed Committee. After discussion at the Public Hearing and formalization of these rules, by resolution, society has come to know, periodically, the operating levels of Paranoá Lake.
