In response we designed a study to evaluate the water quality of receiving body through physicalchemical and bacteriological, divided into two stages. The first occurred before the initial operation of the Sewage Treatment Station and the data were stored for comparison with subsequent monitoring. The second step was performed three months later. When data from both stages was found to improve water quality in relation to the parameters. This study will serve as a model for evaluating receptor bodies, the implementation of other sewage works.
