Transboundary water governance have become some of the most pressing issues of our time. These issues arise when different nations, regions or even groups have claims over the same water resources, such as surface waters, including rivers, lakes or underground aquifers. Effectively managing these resources, in a peaceful and equitable way, has become a major issue both in scholarship and practice. During this webinar, the latest scientific and policy research in the Arab World will be discussed in order to help nations, regions and groups find synergies and work together to address their common water heritage.
This new webinar was developed and will be presented by the Association’s Early Career and Young Professionals (ECYP) Task Force, currently focusing to support the work and research of the next generation of IWRA members.
