Overview

The Congress Exhibition will be located in Grand ballroom on 3rd floor of Daegu Exhibition and Convention Center (EXCO). The Grand ballroom will be consisted of poster session and a number of social spaces to maximize footfall and interaction with close proximity to networking areas.

Stand Prices for the duration of the Congress (V.A.T not included, 10% of total amount will be added as a V.A.T)

Standard booth (Space and Booth) 2,700,000 KRW / unit
Raw Space (Space Only) 2,200,000 KRW / unit

Complimentary Congress Registration

Each EXHIBITOR will be given a certain number of badges according to the hired space. Badges will be given according to the meters hired:

The Standard booth includes

  • Back & Side walls, Pytex carpet floor, 1 company signage, 1 booth number signage
  • 1 Information desk & 1 chair (per company) With 2hole consent (220V)
  • Power supply (1KW) (per company)
  • Lighting
  • 2 fluorescent lamps
  • 3 spot lights

The Raw Space includes

  • Provide area only
  • 3*3m per booth
  • Installation of wartime design and separate construction by participating in the electrical construction

How to apply

  • 100% deposit payment within 10 days after the invoice issuance

Payment

All payment should be made by bank transfer. All bank transfer fees will be charged. After the application submission, the XVII congress secretariat will be issuing invoice by email. The 100% payment should be made within 10 days after the invoice issuance and the remains should be paid by 31 October 2021. All applications made after 21 October 2021 should be fully paid within a week after the invoice issuance.

  • Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be notified to the XVII Congress Secretariat in written form to wwcongress@exco.co.kr.
Cancellation after 1 November 2021 will result in a 100% cancellation charge. 50% of the total payment will be deducted for cancellations requested before 31 October 2021.

  • Bank remittance & administration fee will be charged.
  • It will be refunded after the congress by only bank transfer.
