The Board of the International Water Resources Association (IWRA) announces that its Executive Director, Callum Clench, will be leaving the organisation on October 10th, 2024.
Callum has served as the Executive Director of IWRA since 2016. During his tenure, he was highly instrumental in enhancing IWRA’s visibility as an organisation, expanding our membership base, and initiating joint projects with other like-minded key partners. Callum will continue his work with IWRA, focusing on external matters, until October 10th, 2024.
The Board is grateful for Callum’s hard work and dedication and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Ignacio Deregibus, IWRA’s current Deputy Executive Director, will assume the position of Acting Executive Director as of October 11th, 2024, until a permanent successor is appointed.
We will contact organisations directly in the near future regarding concrete actions and assignment of focal points.
