The IWRA reserves the right to alter the programme, speakers, dates or venue at any time, without notice. Should for any reason the venue change or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather, disease control, industrial action, act of God or any eventuality beyond the control of the IWRA, we shall endeavour to reschedule; but the delegate hereby indemnifies the IWRA and holds the IWRA harmless from and against any costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, incurred by the delegate.

Your place is not guaranteed at the Congress until payment in full is receieved by the organisers.CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 8 weeks of the Congress will result in a 100% cancellation charge. Any cancellation must be notified to the organisers in written form to info@worldwatercongress.comCANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS
Cancellation of the congress by the event organisers will result in a full refund of all fees paid.
