Dates and Timeline

Abastract submission closed
July 8, 2011: Inform authors of accepted presentations/ posters
July 31, 2011: deadline for submission of the final version of presentations
July 12, 2011: registration must be paid for all participants who have been accepted to present an oral paper or a poster, in order to finalize the program. If registration fees are not received by this date, we will be forced to remove you from the final Congress program and from the proceedings.
September 25-28: XIVth World Water Congress
September 29: Visit to Suape Port (no-cost)
September 23-25 or September 29 - October 01 (depending on number of paid participants): The technical visit(s) will be timed to ensure participants can attend the full Congress. Optional visit to São Francisco River (transportation, hotel, and related costs must be paid by participants who choose to attend)
